End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Climbify and governs your use of Climbify software and related services.

1. License

Climbify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal organizational use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may not use Climbify for unlawful or abusive activity.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service.
• You are responsible for content you upload, including route images and metadata.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using Climbify, you grant Climbify the rights required to store, process, and display that content to operate the service.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Climbify may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climbify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Climbify may suspend or terminate access if this Agreement is violated.

8. Changes to this Agreement

Climbify may update this Agreement. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
